A beautiful adaptation with a clever twist by Joy Cowley of the old story of the Princess and the frog.

Written by Joy Cowley in clicketty-clack rhyme, about a fell engine that connected the rest of the North Island of NZ with Wellington on the very steep incline of the Rimutakas. There is a fully restored fell engine in the museum over the hill in Featherston. Published by Scholastic NZ

Written by Jacqui Simpson in memory of a brave little boy called Ethan who passed away in 2012. "Ethan lives on in this book. A knight fighting dragons with a sword in his hand and a scooter to ride on, always ready to ride off to the next adventure."

One of my earlier illustrated picture books written  Pat Quinn and published by Scholastic NZ, which won an honours award with NZ Post picture book awards.

A fantasy story written by Justine Payen enabled me to go to town with my own imagination, as we travel with Miss Tilly from Ancient Egypt to outer space. Magic rugs, broomsticks, Morris minor rockets, teacups and yellow teapot submarines take us there.

Piggitty-Wiggity-Jiggity Jig

An earlier series of picture books written by Diana Neild. Published by Scholastic NZ. A large pig family live in a suburban house. Near chaos and disaster happens in each story but little Piggity always saves the day.
